Bright orange Jack-o-lantern pumpkins are close to my heart, but I am always smitten with those non-traditional pumpkins or "fancy" pumpkins, as I have come to think of them. Crystal Stars are bright white. Jarrahdales are the gourd-geous grey-ish blue green ones. And Cindarella pumpkins are red hued orange. They add such depth and color flavor to our autumn palette.
