Hey you guys! There has been a great response to the Funfetti Kits and I have sold out of ready to ship kits.
This listing is now a Pre-Order listing that will remain open until June 2nd. Once the pre-order closes, yarn will be dyed and shipped within 4-6 weeks. If you order any ready to ship items with your pre-order, everything will be held and shipped with your pre-order. Thank you!!
I recently had a really fun collaboration with Andrea and Alison of Knitrino. They have designed a GORGEOUS pair of socks that uses both self-striping and tonal yarns. The effect looks like an advanced colorwork technique, but it's actually not difficult at all - and quite addictive!
I paired Happy Bright self-striping with the deep and rich tonal blue of Peahi for these kits, and that colorwork practically pops off the sock!
Kits include a 50 gr skein of Happy Bright and a 115 gr skein of Peahi, both on my yummy sw Targhee Fingering base and will ship in 4-6 weeks.
The pattern is available exclusively in the Knitrino app - There are no PDFs, no importing, just purchase your pattern and go. Use the code newfriends during checkout in Knitrino to save a few dollars off your first purchase.
Whether it's your first pair of socks or 100th, these folks can make sure you are set for success with their easy to follow digital patterns and helpful links to video instruction for new or unfamiliar techniques.
Here's a little more about the Funfetti Pattern:
These toe-up socks begin with a modified version of the Magic Cast On that prevents twisted stitches, and like every stitch in our Knitrino workshop-style projects, if you don’t know how to do it just click the Magic stitch to see how 🪄 The socks are worked in the round one at a time using Magic Loop, though you can easily substitute your favorite sock method. One of our favorite parts of these socks is the fun and easy “afterthought” heel, where stitches are placed on waste yarn for an easy way to complete the heel later.
